CURRENTLY SHOWING
McKnight's Golden Reputation aka "Gatsby" is one of our home bred babies and now owned by Catherine Garretson and family.  He went to his first show on Jan 8 & 9 and took reserve on the 8th.  I was so proud of the way Catherine handled the little guy in the ring!  Thanks Catherine for letting Gatsby live up to his potential!!
I look forward to seeing him in the show ring again in the near future!


Kelton's Rare Koco Bean aka "Koco" at his 3rd show on Jan. 8-9, 2010.  He acted up on the 8th but took reserve on the 9th.  My cousin Mark is doing well as his handler.   Koco has a 4 point major so far toward his championship.  We have hired handlers in the past to finish our dogs but want to work at doing it ourselves.  We enjoy meeting other people who love dogs as much as we do!
McKnight's Paint Me Proud aka "Gidget"  This is Gatsby's sister and we had sold her to a lady that sent her to Sue Cannimore for handling.  Sue was only able to handle her in one show before Gidget had to be returned to us due to unfortunate circumstance.  We will continue her show career beginning Jan 30-31 in Charleston.  Wish us luck!  Thanks Sue for working with her and getting her prepared for her show career!
Showboat's Delightful Blue Boy aka "Blue" was expertly handled and finished  by Greg Larson!  Thanks Greg for all your hard work!  Blue is the sire to Gatsby and Gidget (above).  To view additional show pics please visit Blue's picture page

UPDATE:  Took McKnight's Paint Me Proud aka "Gidget" to her first show and she took Best of Opposite on Sunday for her first point.  She is a natural in the ring and we are so proud of her!!! 
Kelton's Rare Koco Bean aka " Koco", my sweet boy, won a 4 point major his first weekend out, under Judge Susan Sandlin!   The lighting in the photo makes him look more red than he really is.  He enjoys traveling with me to the shows!

Received his first point in Pensacola Florida handled by his owner Catherine and with a big thanks to Judge James Frederiksen.
I am so proud of the way Catherine is progressing with Gatsby.  Thanks again Catherine for all you do with this handsome little boy.

ANOTHER WIN!  This little man is really racking up the points.  Handled by his owner Catherine Garretson.  She is doing a fabulous job with her first show dog with immaculate grooming and handling skills!  Thanks to judge Don Sutton for this win at the Montgomery Kennel Club in Alabama! 
Gatsby winning Best puppy in Match!  What a great time they must have had at the practice match!  Way to go Catherine and Gatsby!
Gatsby on 2/25/10 at the Cahaba Valley KC winning yet another point under Judge Dorothy A. MacDonald.  Way to go Catherine and Gatsby!!!  He is up to 5 points at 6 shows.  Now we need to search for some majors for this little man!
